These providers are strictly bound by contractual obligations to keep this data confidential and secure, using it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

• Change of Ownership: In connection with the sale, transfer, or merger of all or part of our business, provided the recipient adheres to this Privacy Policy’s guidelines concerning Google user data.
