Hallelujah! The most glorious day of all days has come, and I am happy to share it with you, loyal MyThings readers. TiVo has launched a mobile web site, m.tivo.com, that lets Series 2 and Series 3 DVR owners schedule recordings from Internet-enabled mobile phones. From Information Week:

“The site has been optimized for the smaller screen, which should make navigating though shows and setting recording schedules easier…

Non-TiVo users can visit the site to browse, search, and discover television shows, TiVo said. The site will have many of the same characteristics of the set-top box, including ‘Most Popular,’ a daily recommendation, and the ability to search by keywords and actors. TiVo's mobile site is in beta, but it will be rolled out to the masses over time.”
