How to Revive Refrigerated Rice in the Microwave

Rice can be fluffy, sticky, or chewy—unless you plop it in the microwave. Then it’s probably dry and brittle. To solve this problem,
wikiHow
suggests:
Gently break apart the rice with a fork.
Dampen a paper towel with drinking water.
Squeeze out the excess water. If reheating more than 2 cups of rice, leave the paper towel very moist.
Cover the rice completely with the paper towel, allowing it to contact the surface of the rice.
Microwave on high until the rice is reheated.
Enjoy!
