Money Saver: Wireless Photo Transfer via Bluetooth
Posted at 20:14, 02/07/2008 by LauraWilliams

Mobile phone companies charge a fee to download photos and music to your device. One reader at CNET outlines a budget-friendly alternative:

“I use an inexpensive Belkin bluetooth USB device I bought at CompUSA to transfer everything between my families [sic] five different cell phones and the computer at no cost. We use AT&T, T-mobile, and Sprint phones made by Samsung, LG, and Motorola. My kids always want to download photos and music to their phones, we also make our own ringtones and upload them to the phones. I can't afford the data transfer fees charged by the phone companies, nor did I want to buy five different data cables. We do it all for free with the one device.”
