Use Your Microwave to Disinfect Clothes
Posted at 22:20, 20/06/2008 by LauraWilliams
You can disinfect any piece of clothing—such as a cap a child with lice borrowed from your son—by putting in the microwave, according to thefunplace.com. Just make sure the item doesn’t have any zippers or metal parts. Place a cup of cold water next to the article to absorb the heat, and set on high. Once the water is steaming, the item should be ready for removal.
