Repel Mosquitoes with Fabric Softener
Posted at 21:09, 10/06/2008 by LauraWilliams

Can’t camp. Mosquitoes will eat me. Can’t grill. Mosquitoes will eat me. Is this a chant you know well? Give it up and reach for the fabric softener. If you tie a sheet through your belt loop mosquitoes won’t come near you. But that’s not all you do with your this handy little tool.

  • Lay it on the ground to chase away ants at a picnic.
  • Place them in cupboards to ward off mice.
  • Rub it on your TV or computer screen to get rid of static electricity.
  • Dissolve soap scum on shower doors.
  • Leave a sheet in your sneaker overnight to remove odors.
