Use Your GPS for Hiking, Hunting, and Camping
Posted at 19:18, 13/05/2008 by LauraWilliams
If you really want to get your money’s worth, take your GPS off the road and into the wild when you’re getting your nature on.
In How to Do Everything with Your GPS, Rick Broida explains:
  • Bikers can use GPS to measure their speed, record their routes, and navigate in unfamiliar territory.
  • You can use your system to stay in contact with other people on your hiking or camping trip.
  • Your GPS can help you mark spots where you’ve seen deer tracks, rubs and so on.
