If Your Cookie Sheet Squishes Your Cookies...

If your baking sheet has sides, you may end up with a batch of squished, interconnected cookie rejects with burnt edges. No need to buy a flat sheet! Just flip yours upside-down, cover it with parchment, and spoon the cookie dough there. Thank you, Amateur Gourmet!
