Cut the Cost of In-Flight Entertainment with a Splitter
Posted at 20:48, 06/06/2008 by LauraWilliams
These days you're lucky if you get free peanuts on a flight. I somewhat understand why flight attendants don't carry around trays with shrimp cocktail and wine, but what's the deal with movies? JetBlue, for example, puts a TV on the seat in front of you, but only certain shows are free.
If you’re frugal and clever—and traveling with a friend—you’ll bring a splitter onboard. This way, you can both watch the same movie and share the sound, or listen to music from your iPod together.
