This is an antique windsor chair made by the Marietta, oHio chair company. Label on the bottom says "Marietta Chair Company, Marietta, Ohio, since 1856... and says '375". Maybe the model number? Old...

couch, and I think foot pedestal I dont know what its called & chair all made same wood. has metal label says Karpen but not in greatest shape.

All I know about this item is that it is an oak caned chair that stands 33" high. My grandfather found it on the side of the road, cleaned it up and re-caned it. That was in the 1920's or 30's.

This is one of two chairs from Hemingway's boat Pilar. The chairs were removed and replaced with a single chair in the late 30's or early 40's
