This is a watercolor of a cow grazing in the pasture, by Randall Vernon Davey. The outside dimensions are 18" x 21" and it is framed in a plain oak frame. The inside of the mat dimensions are 13" x 10", as stated above

This painting was in my mother's estate - Its a lovely painting of red poppies. Signed in the lower left corner "Mattson". I am assuming this is Henry Mattson - as my grandfather, George Bellows, also resided in Woodstock, NY.
