Hi everyone -

We've been getting a lot of questions since we redesigned the site and hopefully I can answer them now:

Q: How do I add a new item without using the product catalog?
A: EDIT: There's now an Add Manually button you can click at the top of the Things I Own Page. There's a white link that says "Can't Find it in the Product Catalog" on your Things I Own page by the catalog search. However, we recognize that this is tough to spot, so we're going to change it to make it more clear in the next week. There's going to be a big button that allows you to add items manually. I'll let you know when it's up!

Q: Where did you hide the services button?
A: It's true. It disappeared. That's because we've included easy access to services INSIDE your item. So click on your item, then scroll down. You should see all your options there.

The Add Manually button is up, everyone!

And mobius - We only let members who've entered MyThings' Inner Sanctum see that, silly. And right now nobody can get in since our dark robes are stuck at the cleaners. Don't even get me started on where the paddles have disappeared to.

Borrowed for personal "recreation" I presume.
